Rallye A�cha des Gazelles looking for a few good adventurous women

Preparations have begun for the next Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles, and that means adventurous women might want to think about getting to Morocco next March. Next year will be the 21st edition of the all-female rally through the North African sands, a nine-day quest over dunes of quartz that allows no digital navigation aids - it's compass and plotting time on on paper maps.

Registration for two-woman teams is open until February 19, 2011. If you're Stateside and you don't want to represent alone, fear not: Emily Miller and another team from the U.S. are confirmed for the 21st edition, just two of the 110 teams that will be competing.
